Job summary

SAP NS2 seeks a Director of DevOps & Cloud Platform Engineering to lead strategy, architecture, delivery, and operations of secure multi‑cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will drive automation, standardization, and reliability for mission‑critical environments serving government and private sector customers.

The role requires executive leadership, hands‑on credibility, and a passion for secure, scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, site reliability engineering, platform engineering, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams in a DevOps, infrastructure, cloud engineering, or platform operations environment.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Python, CI/CD platforms, Vault, Kubernetes, Docker, and identity/access management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high‑performing DevOps and cloud platform engineering organization with emphasis on reliability and security.
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for multi‑cloud infrastructure, platform automation, and engineering standardization.
• Oversee architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management of secure, scalable infrastructure using IaC.
• Champion DevSecOps and governance, drive incident response, problem management, and post‑incident improvements.
