Empath Health is seeking a Director, Clinical Technology Operations to provide strategic leadership for EMR and clinical applications across hospice, home health and other service lines. The role drives standardization, adoption, and efficiency while partnering with executives to meet organizational goals.

The candidate will lead teams, manage vendors, and advance enterprise technology initiatives with change management and governance at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of management experience leading application support, implementation, optimization, or clinical technology teams.
• Experience using Homecare Homebase; eClinicalWorks experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Hospice and Home Health workflows, regulatory requirements.
• Proven EMR implementations, system enhancements, and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience with change management, workflow standardization, and process improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder relationships.
