Job summary

Empath Health’s Trustbridge Hospice in Boynton Beach, FL seeks an RN Manager to lead an interdisciplinary care team. You will blend clinical leadership with team development to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care for seriously ill patients and families.

The role focuses on guiding IDG collaboration, maintaining quality documentation, and mentoring clinical staff while supporting growth and compliance initiatives within a Full Life Care framework.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse currently licensed in Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• One year of recent leadership experience in hospice, oncology, medical/surgical, or home health; public/health, geriatric care experience preferred.
• Expertise in support skills, palliative care, and educational techniques.
• Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.

• Provide clinical leadership: assess, plan, guide, and evaluate patient care to ensure high standards of quality and compassion.
• Lead the interdisciplinary team: oversee the IDG, fostering collaboration among physicians, nurses, and field staff.
