Hitachi Digital is seeking a Director of Clinical Business Strategy to design, implement, and manage portfolio transformation in the clinical market, serving hospitals and biotech customers. You will collaborate with Hitachi business units, customers, partners, and investors to validate strategies and drive full-scale commercialization, while ensuring regulatory compliance and security standards.

The role requires deep biotech knowledge, leadership across diverse teams, and a track record of

Competenze

• Master's or PhD in biomedical, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related field.
• MBA degree is preferred (It is not a mandatory requirement).
• 10+ years of experience in the clinical, biotechnology, and life sciences industries.
• 5+ years of business development experience including proven track record in customer and partner engagement and project management.
• Business development technical skills (term sheet creation, IP review, profit and loss modeling, quality agreements, supply agreements)

• Design, implement, and manage to accelerate business portfolio transformation in the clinical market.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Hitachi Group businesses, customers, partners and investors.
• Validate business strategy hypotheses and support execution of concrete action plans aimed at full-scale commercialization.
