Job summary

The Arc of Union County is seeking a Director of Behavior Supports, Clinical Services to lead evidence-based Behavioral Supports for adults with developmental disabilities. You will oversee assessments, develop and implement behavior support plans, train staff, and periodically reassess plans while supervising behaviorists.

Applicants must hold a BCBA certification and pursue an LBA/LaBA license within 90 days of hire, with relevant supervisory experience in developmental disabilities or

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or social work.
• BCBA certification required with license (LBA/LaBA) within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in developmental disabilities or behavior support; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based Behavioral Supports for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Oversee assessments, development of behavior support plans, and implementation.
• Train staff and conduct periodic reassessments of behavioral plans.
• Supervise behaviorists and conduct staff evaluations.
