Job summary

Bancroft in Camden County, NJ, is hiring a BCBA for residential and day program services for adults. The role includes directing assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, supervising ABA Specialists, and delivering direct clinical work within an interdisciplinary team.

We seek a leader with a master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, and NJ licensure in behavior analysis, plus experience in functional assessment and treatment design.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required with minimum two years’ experience with developmental disabilities.
• BCBA certification is required; NJ licensure in behavior analysis must be obtained.
• Experience in functional assessment and treatment development preferred; management experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of behavior plans, including functional assessments and treatment evaluations.
• Engage in ongoing data review to ensure effective programming.
• Identify training needs and deliver trainings for knowledge growth.
• Coordinate admissions, intake evaluations, and transition/discharge processes.
• Lead clinical case review meetings and ensure data-driven discussions.
• Serve as BCBA expert to the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
• Conduct and present research to internal and external audiences.
• Supervise ABA Specialists and provide direct clinical work.
