Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to oversee daily clinical operations at our West Orange location. You will supervise BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring high-quality ABA therapy and accurate client documentation.

The role involves coordinating assessments, supervising treatment plans, and supporting staff through the ABA Academy training program. BCBA certification and 5+ years in ABA preferred; strong communication and compliance are required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• 5 years of experience in the ABA field preferred.
• Must maintain clean background and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality.
• Supervise daily implementation of behavior interventions and client documentation.
• Provide direct verbal/written feedback to staff on clinical implementation.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans for new clients in the region.
• Support BCBAs in extended assessments (FBA, FA, preference tests).
• Make monthly check-in calls with families.
• Support ABA Academy training by analyzing IOA and treatment integrity data.
• Travel for assessments, oversight of clinical team, and high-risk client support.
