Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA, based in Union City, NJ, seeks a Clinical Director to lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality services for children with autism. You will mentor BCBAs and RBTs, shape evidence-based programming, and align with the Regional Clinical Director.

You will oversee ABA programming fidelity, supervise clinical staff, and collaborate on daily operations, while supporting families through coordinated care plans and interdisciplinary teamwork.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New Jersey.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience, including staff supervision.
• Completion of BACB supervision training.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversee ABA programming across the center.
• Review and analyze clinical data to drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise BCBAs and RBTs through observation, coaching, and feedback.
• Guide onboarding and development for all new clinical team members.
• Collaborate with the Center Administrator on daily operations.
• Provide regular, meaningful supervision to RBTs and BCBAs.
• Lead monthly BCBA meetings and foster a culture of learning and excellence.
