Job summary

Percepta seeks a Director of Client Provided Tool Product Ownership to lead governance and value realization for Ford-provided platforms. You will own non-AI enterprise systems and drive structured change delivery across Percepta operations, aligning with Ford business and technology teams.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational performance, minimize disruption during releases, and maintain rigorous change logs and documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise operations, product ownership, digital transformation, or system governance roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale system change implementations.
• Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, Medallia, or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Automotive or OEM experience (Preferred).
• Product Owner certification (CSPO or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance for Ford-provided platforms within Percepta operations.
• Be the accountable product owner for all non-AI enterprise systems used within the Ford account.
• Coordinate and ensure successful implementation of system changes across Percepta operations.
• Partner with Ford business and technology teams on roadmap alignment and issue resolution.
• Manage change readiness plans including communication, training, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
