Job summary

Ford Pro is seeking a Group Product Manager, Product Operations and Transformation to lead a matrixed product operations function. You’ll own the operating model, governance, and cadence across squads, building shared tools and datasets while delivering executive-ready roadmaps and metrics.

You will guide AI intensive ways of working, align teams, and prepare the organization for a decentralized operating model that accelerates value delivery across Ford Pro ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in product management, product operations, transformation or program leadership.
• 5+ years in a leadership role, building and managing teams.
• Strong familiarity with AI tools in product management, design, and engineering.
• Experience with agile software delivery across Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Experience defining KPIs and OKRs and building executive level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the product operations and transformation function.
• Own the operating model and portfolio governance across squads, with cadence and metrics.
• Manage the directly owned team, including hiring, onboarding and training.
• Roll out Ford Pro's Domain/Squad operating model and define ownership and accountability.
• Drive AI intensive practices, from discovery to prototyping and delivery.
• Create executive readable roadmaps, metrics, and dashboards.
