Job summary

Infinite Media is seeking a Director of Customer Solutions & Growth to lead Customer Success, Media Services, and Creative Services. You will define strategy, drive integration across client-facing teams, and ensure offerings are cohesive and performance-driven.

You will build high-trust client partnerships, translate goals into actionable plans, oversee reporting, and identify opportunities for upsell and agency growth while developing the teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination between the Customer Success, Media, and Creative teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Define and implement workflows that optimize handoffs and collaboration across service departments.
• Build high-trust relationships with key customers across the lifecycle from pre-sales to renewal.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support sales in high-value pitches.
• Lead and develop the team, set measurable goals, and foster a high-performance culture.
