Job summary

PatientPoint is seeking a Director, Client Sales to lead retention and growth across our pharmaceutical client base. You will hunt new business to secure clients and drive renewals and expansion, in a high-visibility role on the Business Development team.

This role requires deep expertise in pharma media sales, strategic account management, and the ability to navigate complex client situations with senior leadership. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical media sales, agency account management, or digital marketing.
• Experience with retaining and growing newly won clients.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape; point-of-care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build expertise in point-of-care media to advise clients on growth strategies.
• Develop multi-threaded relationships within accounts to strengthen renewals.
• Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities—additional brands, new indications, incremental budget.
• Navigate complex client situations and coordinate with senior leadership or cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Client Success and Marketing to tie program performance to renewals.
