Job summary

PatientPoint is seeking a Director of ClientSales to lead retention and growth across our pharmaceutical client base. You will hunt new business to secure clients, leading to retention and expansion. This high-visibility role sits on our Business Development team with strong internal support to deliver for clients and hit targets.

You’ll build deep expertise in point-of-care media and foster multi-threaded relationships to sustain renewals and drive additional budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical media sales, agency account management, or digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of the Business Development function and the dynamics of retaining and growing newly won clients.
• Strong knowledge of the emerging pharmaceutical landscape; point-of-care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build deep expertise in point-of-care media to advise clients credibly on growing their footprint with PatientPoint.
• Develop and nurture multi-threaded relationships within each account, reducing single-point-of-contact risk and strengthening renewal likelihood.
• Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities — additional brands, new indications, incremental budget.
• Navigate complex client situations and internal processes, knowing when to loop in senior leadership or cross-functional support.
• Partner with Client Success and Marketing to ensure program performance data supports renewal and expansion conversations.
