Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking an Associate Director of Client Operations in New York. The role drives operational excellence across a portfolio of brands, oversees SOW management, budgets, and staffing with Finance, and partners with client leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10+ years in media operations, strong workflow knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7–10+ years of media operations experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex media accounts and client operations.
• Strong understanding of media workflows and lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational leadership across brands to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee SOW management, budgets, and labor tracking with Finance.
• Develop and implement process playbooks and workflows.
• Collaborate with client leads, strategy, and craft leads to align priorities.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
