Job summary

Publicis Collective is seeking an Associate Director, Client Operations to lead Budgets & Compliance for a high-visibility client. You will coordinate forecasting, accruals, data QAs and oversee client billing while leveraging MediaTools, Prisma and MediaOcean to drive accuracy and efficiency.

You’ll train and develop a team, ensure processes are compliant, and collaborate across Analytics, Strategy and Investment to deliver superior client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Financials, project management, and/or Budgets & Compliance.
• Proficiency in moving work forward with overlapping deadlines.
• Strong MS Office skills with PPT/Excel emphasis.
• Experience with MediaTools, Prisma and MediaOcean.
• Quantitative and analytical mindset with a mix of art and science.

Responsibilities

• Work with Director on team roles and priorities and handle special requests.
• Manage workload of Supervisors and Sr. Associates and ensure billing procedures meet timelines.
• Verify accuracy of work completed by Supervisors and Sr. Associates.
• Lead career development through teaching and coaching.
• Maintain positive relationships with agency contacts, system contacts, and clients.
• Lead monthly billing and financial reporting across multiple teams.
• Respond to urgent issues after close of business.
• Create and refine billing verification, financial reporting and audit processes.
• Lead the team delivering financial documents (authorizations, budgeting files, reporting).
• Assist with global reporting as needed and attend system trainings.
