Publicis Commerce is seeking a Director, Client Operations to drive efficient team execution and high-quality delivery for client projects. You will manage scoping, finances and processes to ensure a best-in-class product and service.

The role is hybrid, with candidates needing to reside within commutable distance of Detroit (Troy), Rogers, AR, Chicago or New York. Strong leadership, financial oversight and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field.
• 10+ years of marketing or operations experience, agency or project management preferred.
• Interest in the Operations discipline and ability to lead across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scoping, client finances and process development for delivery excellence.
• Maintain 90% billable utilization and collaborate with Client Leads on scope and resources.
• Lead onboarding, training and ongoing best-practices forums with the team.
• Coordinate with New Business on RFI/RFP responses and budget planning.
