Job summary

Circana seeks a Director-level sales and insights leader to accelerate client growth in a hybrid Columbus, OH role. You will translate data insights into strategic actions, manage complex sales cycles, and partner with product and analytics teams to deliver client value.

The role requires deep experience with syndicated data in CPG/healthcare, strong consultation skills, and a track record of driving outcomes. This position offers bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, category management, or related fields.
• Experience with IRI/Circana data solutions and syndicated datasets is required.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data and analysis into actionable implications.
• Strong project management and ability to consult with clients to influence thinking.

Responsibilities

• Drive client growth by identifying opportunities to expand relationships and align Circana data/software with strategic goals.
• Deliver insight-led solutions by translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes: prospecting, needs assessment, solution development, negotiation, closing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Insights, Product, and Analytics to deliver integrated solutions.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Leverage Circana platforms (Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support engagements.
• Achieve revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management and account planning.
• Champion client success by addressing challenges and identifying growth opportunities.
• Provide advanced analytics to deliver concise, actionable insights for strategic decisions.
