BNY is seeking a Director, Client Executive to join the Asset Owner team in Boston or Los Angeles. You will oversee key client relationships, drive profitability, and cross-sell across an existing portfolio while leading senior executive engagement with clients.

The role demands 10–12 years in client management with a track record of top-line growth in financial services, particularly asset servicing or securities services, and the ability to mobilize teams to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 10–12 years in client management with growth responsibility.
• Financial services experience with asset servicing/securities services preferred.
• Proven ability to capture wallet share through proactive client management.
• Experience developing relationships with prospective clients through to conversion.
• Ability to rally the organization to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client accounts for profitability and cross-sell for $25–$50m annualized revenue.
• Identify and lead new client acquisitions across enterprise and external.
• Lead Asset Servicing Client Coverage and executive engagement in the LA/Boston office.
• Grow BNY presence through events, industry forums, and conferences.
