StackAdapt is a remote-first company seeking a Senior People Data and Insights Analyst to transform messy talent data into actionable narratives shaping workforce strategy.

You will bridge raw data and executive decision-making, building scalable AI-driven analytics and data products with leadership collaboration. This role emphasizes governance, data quality, and strategic impact on People & Culture.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in people analytics, workforce data science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience building production-grade data pipelines/databases (SQL, Python, dbt) and partnering with HR/People teams.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end models to analyze organizational trends and inform people programs.
• Translate statistical outputs into clear narratives for leadership action.
• Design and maintain automated data workflows and self-service analytics (dbt/Snowflake).
• Collaborate with HRIS, LMS, Talent Management, ATS, and other data owners to refine data needs and explain the why before the how.
• Ensure data governance and compliance for employee data.
