Job summary

You will manage contracts, budgets, and workforce development initiatives while promoting cross-system collaboration and accountability across services for high-quality early learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing early learning systems programming, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Demonstrated commitment to promoting access and diversity
• Current driver’s license, insurance, and access to a reliable automobile during work hours; 3+ years driving history

Responsibilities

• Develops, recommends, updates, and implements department policies and procedures with an equity lens
• Oversees state and local contracts and ensures timely delivery
• Leads grant writing, fundraising, and development to advance program sustainability
• Recruits, selects, orients, schedules, and supervises staff; evaluates performance and coaches staff
• Directs responsive service delivery and community engagement efforts to foster an inclusive work environment
