Job summary

Community Action in Washington County is seeking a CCR&R Services Manager to lead provider-facing service delivery, including coaching, training, and technical assistance to early care providers. You will supervise CCR&R Coordinators and partner with the Systems & Access Manager to align capacity, referrals, and smooth client handoffs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work, Public Administration, or Step 10 on Oregon Registry.
• 3+ years in ECE program leadership with direct staff supervision.
• 3+ years managing complex programs, contracts, or grant-funded services.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood systems, quality improvement frameworks, and provider support strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
• Enrollment in Oregon Central Background Registry prior to offer of employment.
• Requires a valid Oregon driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee provider-facing functions including coaching and technical assistance, inclusion supports, and mental health consultation.
• Mentor CCR&R Coordinators and service-delivery teams to foster accountability and growth.
• Collaborate with Systems & Access Manager to align service capacity and referral pathways for seamless client experience.
• Monitor program quality, track contract compliance, support budget monitoring, and contribute to state work-plan reporting.
• Represent CCR&R in regional initiatives and partnerships to strengthen the local early learning ecosystem.
