Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a Director for Portfolio Distribution & Channel Analytics, a highly visible, customer-facing role in US market access. You will lead analyses across distribution and channel strategies, linking data to executive decisions and driving immunization growth and enterprise performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health.
10+ years in pharmaceutical channel/trade, market access or distribution with KPI analytics.
Experience with analytics and conceptualization.
MBA or advanced analytics degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end diagnostics by synthesizing field insights and market metrics.
Lead integrated, data-driven account plans and quarterly reviews.
Translate market trends into analytics-led strategies for leadership.
Provide advanced analytics on key customer metrics to inform contracting.
Develop business cases and forecasts with scenarios.
