Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading field teams in pharmaceutical retail or trade management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a regional team of Portfolio Retail Channel Managers with a structured coaching cadence.
• Own regional pull-through performance across national/state accounts and diagnose gaps.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with strategically significant accounts.
• Represent the field perspective in enterprise planning forums and translate insights into action.
