Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading change management for large-scale transformation programs, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience developing and executing change strategies for simultaneous, interdependent programs in a matrixed global organization.
• Exceptional people leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Superior stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans for large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals and provide strategic guidance.
• Oversee dependencies, risks, and governance across multiple program workstreams.
