Responsibilities

• Serve as Change Management Workstream Lead for assigned AI and transformation projects.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Develop tailored change strategies including audience identification and execution planning.
• Coordinate implementation plans with communications and training leads.
• Define and track change management success metrics.
