Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Design, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of organizational change management experience using formal methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
• Experience leading cross-functional, remote, and matrixed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Change Management Workstream Lead for assigned AI and transformation projects.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Develop tailored change strategies including audience identification and execution planning.
• Coordinate implementation plans with communications and training leads.
• Define and track change management success metrics.
