Job summary

CLA is seeking a dynamic Change Management Director to lead strategy and execution for transformation initiatives. You will align change management with business outcomes, engage stakeholders, and drive adoption, readiness, and sustainment across functions.

You will partner with leaders and project teams to anticipate impacts, develop plans, coach teams, and deliver leadership-ready updates and materials that support decision-making and value realization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and guide cross-functional teams.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence decisions and readiness.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives, priorities, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategy for transformation initiatives, including stakeholder impact, readiness, communications, adoption, training, resistance, and sustainment planning.
• Partner with business navigation and transformation leaders to identify change impacts and readiness considerations early.
• Guide project teams in understanding people-side impacts and what is needed to support adoption.
• Develop and oversee change plans, communication strategies, readiness plans, and adoption support.
• Monitor change effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve readiness and value realization.
• Strengthen change management processes, tools, templates, and ways of working across the team.
