Job summary

CLA is seeking a dynamic Change Management Director to lead strategy and execution for transformation initiatives. This role aligns change strategy with business outcomes, guiding stakeholder engagement, readiness, communications, training, adoption, and sustainment across the firm.

The director partners with senior leaders and teams to ensure change impacts are understood early and managed through the lifecycle, driving value realization and sustainment across CLA’s transformation portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in project management and/or change management.
• Experience leading change management for complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing change strategies, stakeholder assessments, communication and readiness plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategy for transformation initiatives, including stakeholder impact, readiness, communications, adoption, training, and sustainment planning.
• Develop and oversee change plans, communication strategies, readiness plans, stakeholder engagement approaches, and adoption support.
• Monitor change effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve readiness, adoption, sustainment, and value realization.
• Provide direction and coaching to senior change staff and teams across initiatives.
