Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a strategic and innovative Director, Centralized Contracts to lead enterprise-wide Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives, contract governance, and process transformation. You will partner with executive sponsors, legal, supply chain professionals, and operational stakeholders to build and advance a best-in-class contracting program that improves compliance, standardizes practices, and drives measurable operational gains.

Location: Remote / Work From Home.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in contract management, procurement, supply chain, healthcare operations, or a related field.
Experience leading enterprise-wide CLM initiatives and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, managing, and implementing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes within the department and across the enterprise.
Collaborate with executive sponsors, Steering Committee, and legal teams to ensure compliance with contract policies.
Lead testing activities for new rollouts and ensure adherence to approved policies and controls.
Oversee stabilization after CLM technology deployment to ensure smooth transition.
Manage a team of specialists in contracting activities including demand management, reporting & analytics, and vendor management.
Drive process improvements and performance metrics to raise CLM maturity.
