Travis Credit Union is seeking an AVP, Member and Deposit Operations to lead Central Operations, Deposit Operations, and Member Service Administration, driving scalable processes and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the VP of Banking Operations, this role ensures risk management, audit readiness, and automation initiatives while delivering strong member experience and operational excellence across consumer, business, and specialty deposits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in financial services or banking operations.
• Minimum 5 years leading managers or multiple teams.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, audits, and risk programs.
• Experience with deposit, payment, and commercial banking operations.
• Strong leadership in operational transformation and automation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Central Operations, Business Operations, and MSA.
• Lead regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Drive automation, process improvements, and IT initiatives.
• Manage budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
• Represent Core Operations on executive committees.
• Develop KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards.
• Foster culture of accountability and leadership development.
