Job summary

Travis Credit Union in Vacaville, CA, seeks a seasoned Manager of Member Service Administration to lead the back‑office operations for specialized accounts (IRAs, Trusts, Corporate, and deceased accounts). The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, risk‑aware decision making, and alignment with the credit union's strategic goals.

You will coach and develop staff, partner with senior leadership, manage budgets and audits, and ensure documentation and processes meet NCUA, IRS, and BSA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in financial services and supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the MSA staff to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
• Set departmental goals aligned with enterprise strategy and monitor execution.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive deposit growth and product development while staying risk-aware.
• Apply federal/state laws and internal policies to high-risk account decisions and escalate when needed.
• Oversee documentation quality, audit readiness, and regulatory reporting across MSA functions.
