Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Director of Category Management to own critical P&L levers across acquisition, retention, and new-treatment launches. You will lead end-to-end strategy and execution with growth and ops partners, and you may grow into a GM for your category as the business scales.

You'll oversee clinical, pharmacy, regulatory, product, growth, analytics, and operations, building repeatable launch playbooks and driving long-term value across the platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in category management, strategy & operations, or related role.
• Track record of owning high-stakes initiatives or a P&L and driving revenue/margin/retention outcomes.
• Proven success launching and scaling new products or programs, 0‑to‑1 and at scale.
• Experience managing a portfolio and roadmap with prioritized investment.

Responsibilities

• Own the Category’s Biggest Levers from strategy through execution and results.
• Drive growth and retention by partnering with growth and lifecycle teams.
• Launch and scale new treatments, form factors, and programs with cross-functional teams.
• Own the customer experience with premium, empathetic service and data-informed improvements.
• Lead cross-functional execution with clinical, product, growth, analytics, and operations.
