Hims & Hers is hiring a Financial Analyst, Category Management. This remote role owns category P&L management, revenue forecasting, pricing decisions, and cross-functional analysis to drive growth and profitability.

You will build models, analyze customer lifetime value, and support executive decisions. The role offers a competitive package within a fast-growing health platform focused on customer-first care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in analytical finance roles such as strategic finance or consulting.
• Ability to manipulate large datasets; SQL or Looker is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Self-starting, adaptable to a fast-changing environment.

Responsabilités

• Build, maintain, and own revenue and contribution margin forecasts for multiple business lines.
• Advise category directors with current information, analysis, and insights.
• Own customer lifetime value models and unit economics understanding for leadership decisions.
• Create frameworks to evaluate size, impact, and prioritization of initiatives.
• Develop Excel/gsheet models from scratch to solve business questions.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to set and optimize pricing.
• Define KPIs, scorecards, and automate reporting.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and presentations for executives and the Board.
• Assist in budgets preparation and review annually, quarterly, and monthly.
