Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Sr. Manager, Category Strategy & Analysis to be the analytical engine behind its Sexual Health, Testosterone, and Hair categories.

You will partner with the GM and Category Directors to size opportunities, build prioritization frameworks, and drive growth initiatives that shape the P&L and product roadmap. This strategy-focused role requires strong analytical skills, executive-level storytelling, and experience turning complex data into actionable business decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of business experience with strategy/analytics focus.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into executive-ready narratives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Experience sizing opportunities and building prioritization frameworks.
• MBA preferred or equivalent strategy consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Drive category strategy and prioritization with senior leadership.
• Lead analytics and modeling including forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Develop experiments and supervise strategic projects across product and analytics.
• Support launch planning for new treatments and programs with market analyses.
