Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks a Sr. Manager, Category Strategy & Analysis to drive analytics across Sexual Health, Testosterone, and Hair categories. You will partner with the GM and Category Directors to size opportunities, build prioritization frameworks, and guide launches with data-backed recommendations.

You will develop dashboards, run scenario analyses, and own initiative scorecards, collaborating with analytics, finance, and clinical partners to shape the roadmap and launch playbooks.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of business experience; management consulting or strategy experience is required.
• Proven experience in strategic analytics and business prioritization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Demonstrated success synthesizing large amounts of data into clear, executive-ready narratives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive Category Strategy & Prioritization for Sexual Health, Testosterone, and Hair categories.
• Own analytical backbone of growth initiative management with size opportunities and prioritization frameworks.
• Pressure-test business cases and surface explicit trade-offs for leadership decisions.
• Create dashboards and charts in Looker and Amplitude to support models and recommendations.
• Lead experiments and strategic projects with product and analytics teams.
