Job summary
Hims & Hers is seeking a Financial Analyst, Category Management to join our strategic finance team. This remote-based role will own revenue forecasts, develop unit economics, and support pricing decisions across multiple business lines. You will partner with category directors and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that shape strategic decisions.
Qualifications include a B.S. in Finance or Accounting and 2+ years in analytical finance roles; SQL/Looker experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in analytical financial roles such as strategic finance, investment banking, and/or consulting.
- B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
- Experience manipulating large datasets; SQL or Looker is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Build and own revenue and contribution margin forecast models for multiple business lines.
- Advise category directors with current analysis to inform decisions.
- Own customer lifetime value models and unit economics insights.
- Develop frameworks to evaluate initiatives' impact and prioritization.
- Create Excel/gsheet models to solve business questions.
