Job summary

Hims & Hers, a leading health and wellness platform, seeks a Director of Category Management to own the initiatives that impact P&L across acquisition, retention, and new-treatment launches. You will lead end-to-end strategy with growth, analytics, and ops partners, accelerating value on platform.

You will partner with GMs and Directors, drive portfolio sequencing, and defend decisions with data while building long-term customer value across multiple categories.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in category management or related role with business accountability.
• Experience owning high-stakes initiatives or a P&L and driving revenue, margin, or retention outcomes.
• Experience launching and scaling new products or programs, 0-to-1 and at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the Category’s biggest levers across acquisition, retention, conversion, and launches from strategy to execution.
• Define unit economics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, S2S) and manage a portfolio of initiatives.
• Partner with growth, lifecycle, product, and engineering to improve funnel performance and retention.
• Develop pricing, bundling, and merchandising strategies to protect margin and LTV.
• Lead cross-functional execution with clinical, regulatory, product, and ops teams.
