Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) seeks a Director of Casino Operations to drive commercial success across the fleet. You will lead analytics, strategy, and operations for slot and table games while ensuring compliance and guest satisfaction aboard vessels.

You will partner with shipboard leadership, marketing, finance, and vendors to optimize revenue, implement new gaming products, and manage capital projects across casino spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of progressive casino operations, gaming analytics, or related leadership roles.
• Experience using data to drive strategic decisions and revenue growth.
• Cruise industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Analyze fleet-wide casino performance to identify revenue opportunities and improvements.
• Develop forecasts, revenue targets, and dashboards for executive reviews.
• Lead casino operations, including game rules, payouts, and staff planning.
• Collaborate with shipboard leadership, marketing, and finance to optimize guest experience and profitability.
• Lead capital projects and new product trials for casino spaces and promotions.
