Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking an Offer Management Director, Cash Management in Owings Mills, MD, with hybrid work options.

You will own the end-to-end strategy and P&L for the firm's direct-to-consumer brokerage cash offering, directing pricing, partnerships, and feature development. The role requires 10+ years of experience, a strong background in consumer financial products, and the ability to partner with legal, risk, and technology teams to drive revenue and client value while upholding fiduciary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus 10+ years in relevant roles.
• Experience owning strategy and financial performance of a complex consumer financial product.
• Strong understanding of pricing, profitability, balance growth and client behavior.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and business performance of the default cash position in direct-to-consumer brokerage accounts.
• Define pricing strategies, financial forecasts, and profitability analyses; manage P&L.
• Lead design of cash management features with cross-functional product and technology teams.
