Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 8+ years of total relevant work experience
• Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or a leading corporate strategy function
• Experience advising C-suite and senior executives on strategic decisions
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and managing multiple workstreams
• Exceptional problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analytical skills
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Experience driving enterprise transformation, growth initiatives, operating model redesign, or strategic planning efforts
