Job summary

T. Rowe Price in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a Senior Manager to shape the client engagement experience across advice, sales, and service, balancing day-to-day team leadership with longer‑term strategy to grow our book of business.

You will coach a team of advisors and associates, oversee service delivery, and partner with cross‑functional teams to strengthen client relationships while maintaining regulatory and risk standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years of management experience.
• FINRA Series 7, Series 24, and Series 66 are required and will be supported for this role.
• Preferred: CFP designation and leadership experience in a client-facing financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth, support advisory and financial goals, and deliver strong client outcomes for an assigned book of business.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of advisors, sales associates, and service associates, providing feedback and support to build the skills needed to meet client needs.
• Oversee daily team operations, including call activity, scheduling, service execution, performance metrics, and quality control.
• Maintain oversight of operational risk, complaint resolution, and regulatory and compliance requirements.
