T. Rowe Price seeks a Director of Corporate Strategy to join the Strategy and Corporate Development Group in a hybrid role.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape the firm’s long-term agenda, identify growth opportunities, and guide cross-functional initiatives that drive enterprise value. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in strategy, strong problem-solving, and executive communication skills, with preference for asset management or financial services experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience at a top-tier strategy firm or leading corporate strategy function.
• Proven success advising C-suite and senior executives on strategic decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
