Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 10+ years in investment adviser compliance.
• Series 7, 65 and 24 licenses required.
• Experience with SEC-registered advisers and client-facing advisory solutions.
• Ability to navigate multi-entity regulatory environments.

Responsabilités

• Acts as senior adviser for investment advisory products and risk programs.
• Leads a Compliance team in the first line of defense with coaching and performance reviews.
• Provides regulatory guidance across the product lifecycle and disclosures.
• Assesses cross-entity regulatory impacts among advisers, broker-dealers, and custodians.
• Drafts and reviews Form ADV, advisory agreements, and client disclosures.
