Qualifications

• Proficient with productivity tools (Excel, Gmail, Google Drive).

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with employers to source internships and jobs.
• Expands non-degreed offerings: certificates, micro-credentials, workshops.
• Provides individual and group career counseling to students.
• Assists with resumes, cover letters, interview prep, and job materials.
• Organizes workshops on resume writing, networking, and job search strategies.
• Coordinates career fairs, employer sessions, and networking events.
• Promotes employment opportunities to students and assists with job placements.
• Tracks employment outcomes and reports on student success.
• Collaborates with faculty and alumni relations for program growth.
• Maintains accurate records of interactions and activities.
• Develops marketing materials to promote career services.
• Provides updates to College leadership on outcomes.
• May require evening or weekend hours for events.
