Augusta University Career Services on the Summerville Campus seeks aDirector of Career Services to lead strategic planning, employer relations, and career education for undergraduate and graduate students and alumni.

The role focuses on advancing career readiness, experiential learning, and workforce partnerships, with responsibility for staff, budgets, and technology-enabled services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education administration, student affairs, counseling, career development, business administration, human resources, education, organizational leadership, public administration, or related field.
• Five years of professional experience in career services, employer relations, or workforce development, with at least three years in leadership and supervision.
• Experience in program planning, assessment, operations, and budget/resource management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Career Services programs and cross-campus initiatives.
• Develop long-range plans, annual priorities, measurable goals, and assessment strategies.
• Lead employer relations, and partnerships to expand internships and career opportunities.
• Oversee staff supervision, budgets, and technology platforms for career services.
• Build data-driven dashboards and reporting to inform institutional planning.
