Job summary

IQVIA in Wayne, PA seeks an ECG Solution Engineer and SME within the Cardiovascular ECG service line for the Connected Devices business. You will lead customer discussions, deliver technical demonstrations, and support growth through go-to-market activities.

This role collaborates with Sponsors, Business Development, IT, Delivery teams, and Therapeutic Areas to align strategies with the long-term roadmap, build market-ready solutions, and participate in RFPs and RFIs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in clinical research, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments.
• Experience with cardiovascular testing (ECG, Holter, MCOT) and device use in trials.
• Ability to lead pre-sales activities and client-facing discussions.

Responsibilities

• Act as customer-facing SME supporting pre-sales activities and bid leadership.
• Lead go-to-market efforts with materials, pricing inputs, and conferences.
• Engage with stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives.
• Develop strong customer relationships and participate in RFIs/RFPs.
• Provide input into service line budgets and proposal feasibility.
