Job summary

IQVIA seeks an ECG Solution Engineer to serve as the SME for the Cardiovascular ECG service line within Connected Devices. You will lead pre-sales efforts, deliver technical demos, guide customer discussions, and support bid defenses to drive service line growth.

The role requires extensive cardiovascular testing experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and leadership in cross-functional teams. Travel up to 25% may be required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in cardiovascular testing including 12-lead ECGs, Holter monitoring, and MCOT.
• Strong regulatory and clinical trial understanding (ICH E14, FDA/EMA knowledge).

Responsibilities

• Act as customer-facing SME supporting pre-sales activities, including presentations and bid defense leadership.
• Lead direct ECG service line engagements to meet bookings targets.
• Develop go-to-market materials, pricing inputs, and conference participation.
• Increase IQVIA thought leadership through customer engagements and conferences.
• Evaluate new digital health solutions for strategic alignment with the Connected Devices roadmap.
• Provide leadership on connected device solution strategy and maintain awareness of platforms and benchmarks.
• Participate in client meetings to understand expectations and communicate operational aspects.
