Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Solution Implementation Lead (Connected Devices) to own end-to-end execution of new connected medical device and digital health solutions, from business case through Go-Live, with a focus on the respiratory service lines in the United States.

You will collaborate with Strategic Solutions Leads, coordinate across engineering, QA, regulatory, data management, and field teams, ensuring readiness at each startup stage and guiding vendors and sites to successful deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years in healthcare, life sciences or digital health.
• Strong knowledge of digital health, connected medical devices, and regulatory environments.
• Advanced project/program management skills in complex, matrixed orgs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end startup execution from business case to Business Go-Live.
• Lead cross-functional orchestration across Engineering, IT, Validation, QA, Regulatory, Data Management, Operations and Vendors.
• Ensure solution readiness, regulatory compliance, and quality management.
• Partner with Strategic Solutions Leads on feasibility, budgets, and go-to-market planning.
• Engage sites and customers to resolve complex issues and support deployment.
