Job summary

IQVIA, a leading global provider of clinical research services, seeks a Solution Implementation Lead in the United States to own end-to-end execution of connected medical device and digital health solutions, with a primary focus on respiratory trials.

The role partners with Strategic Solutions Leads to evaluate new solutions, shape offerings, ensure regulatory and validation readiness, and drive Business Go-Live.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting respiratory clinical trials is required.
• Candidates without direct respiratory trial experience clearly demonstrated within their resume will not be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or digital health environments.
• Strong knowledge of digital health, connected medical devices, and regulated clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Solutions Leads to evaluate new digital health and medical device solutions.
• Provide SME input into solution feasibility, regulatory considerations, and validation approach.
• Develop and manage the startup plan with milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigations.
• Own end-to-end execution of approved solutions from business case through Business Go-Live.
• Lead cross-functional orchestration across Engineering, IT, Validation, QA, Regulatory, Data Management, Operations, Logistics, Vendors, Field Support and Training.
• Ensure solution readiness, validation activities, training delivery, and support models.
• Communicate startup status, risks, and readiness to stakeholders and sponsors.
