Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Solution Implementation Lead to own the end-to-end execution of new connected medical device and digital health solutions, focusing on the respiratory service line. You will partner with SSLs, shape feasibility, and drive operational readiness from concept to Go-Live.

The role requires experience with respiratory trials and strong program management, regulatory awareness, and cross-functional leadership across engineering, validation, and operations. Remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting respiratory clinical trials is required.
• Strong understanding of digital health and regulated clinical environments.
• Advanced project management in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of approved solutions from business case through Go‑Live.
• Partner with Strategic Solutions Leads to evaluate new digital health and medical device solutions.
• Coordinate across Engineering, IT, Validation, QA, Regulatory, Data Management, Operations and Vendors.
• Ensure solution readiness, validation, training, and support models.
• Drive governance, escalation, and stakeholder communications on startup status and risks.
