Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an ECG Solution Engineer (SE) and SME for the Cardiovascular ECG service line within the Connected Devices team. Lead pre-sales activities, technical demonstrations, and customer discussions while shaping go‑to‑market materials and bid defenses.

The role collaborates with Sponsors, IT, Delivery, and Therapeutic Leads to align digital health solutions with strategic roadmaps and budgets for RFPs. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive cardiovascular testing experience including 12‑lead ECGs, Holter, arrhythmia monitoring, wearables and MCOT.
• Experience supporting device use in clinical trials; decentralized or hybrid trials preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as customer-facing SME for pre-sales activities, including presentations and demos.
• Lead bid defense discussions and support large ECG service line opportunities.
• Develop and support go-to-market strategies, pricing inputs, and conference participation.
• Strengthen thought leadership through proactive customer engagement and conference involvement.
• Provide input on service line budgets for RFPS and respond to RFIs.
